RR 125 2T
£6995 + ON THE ROAD
The smallest bike in the Beta range, it is the lightest and easiest to handle. In pure racing style, it is suitable for both young riders coming up from the lower categories and more expert riders looking for a fun bike.
• Suspension: the rear mono-shock gains new compression damping settings with independent high and low speed damping rates. This prevents the two parameters from influencing each other and limiting the customization of the setting. The settings available for the fork have been revised to improve rideability and precision during extreme use. The fork tubes are now different in colour, thanks to the new anodising process which improves the surface hardness and corrosion-resistance of the component.
• Graphics: all models now feature a new all-red colour scheme. Combined with the new graphics, which perfectly match the shape and componentry of the bike, the new style gives the bike a very sleek, race-bred look.
In addition to these range-wide upgrades, a number of more specific and substantial modifications have been introduced on certain models to accentuate their unique and unmistakeable personality.
• Cylinder head and power valve: these two redesigned components work in concert to maximise torque at mid-to-high engine speeds – the range in which the little 1/8 litre Betamotor power unit truly shines.

Unlike past Racing editions, which received no substantial modifications to the engine over the standard model, for the MY 2022 range, on two of the 2-stroke models – namely the RR 300 and RR 200 – the powerplants have been upgraded to add a pinch of spice to the recipe.
- RR 200 2Str: Beta’s engineers have also modified the head of the 200 cc version and replaced the two power valves used in the standard engine with a single, stiffer component. These upgrades contribute to increasing power at mid to high engine speeds.

Ideal for those looking for a gentler 2-stroke bike with slightly less power and torque than top-of-the-range models to ensure excellent handling.
For the models of the RR Racing 2Str MY 2022 family, Beta has decided to stick with its choice of doing away with an automatic mixer, so that these race bikes continue to set benchmarks for lightness and, as a result, agility. RR Racing 2Str bikes must therefore be fuelled with oil/petrol pre-mix ̶ a characteristic accentuating the thoroughbred racing nature of this version.

As always, the range is made of 8 different models, each with its own personality, to cater for the needs of any rider. There’s the perfect RR for every rider, even though they all share the ability to instil confidence in the user and offer a genuinely rewarding riding experience.
• Suspension: the rear mono-shock gains new compression damping settings with independent high and low speed damping rates. In addition to these range-wide upgrades, a number of more specific and substantial modifications have been introduced on certain models to accentuate their unique and unmistakeable personality.
The RR 300 2 Stroke has received the most substantial and far-reaching modifications of the entire range. The new engine, combined with a dedicated new engine control unit map, boasts smoother and more progressive response to throttle input and more linear power delivery. Despite the significant hike in maximum power, the bike as a whole is also easier to handle and more intuitive and forgiving to use than before.
• Engine: the engine has been completely revised, with an all-new larger bore cylinder, a new piston and a new power valve;
• Crankshaft: new shorter throw crankshaft, for a shorter piston stroke than the previous model;
• Cylinder head: the head is also completely new, and has been redesigned in consideration of the other new components and the new iridium spark plug;
• Silencer: the smaller diameter silencer improves the top-end performance and tractability of the engine;
• Clutch with diaphragm springs: the 300 model gains a new clutch, with smoother and less strenuous control action, more effective engagement and increased transmissible torque. This clutch also features mechanically adjustable spring preload, offering a choice of 3 settings with a specific adjuster ring.
RR RACING 2T 300
£8495 + ON THE ROAD
Made for those who appreciate a big engine with significant torque at any speed. Suitable for those who favor long gearing.
- RR 300 2Str: the cylinder block of the 300 cc engine, which has already been radically updated for the MY 2022 version in its standard guise, now features a cylinder with modified exhaust and transfer port geometry and a new head, combined with a differently calibrated power valve. The new head, with both modified flow geometry and combustion chamber geometry, produces a higher compression ratio, resulting in a substantial increase in performance. To better manage the increased power output of the engine, Beta’s engineers have upgraded the power valve, changing the internal spring and adjustment system to ensure full-bodied and readily accessible power delivery throughout the rev range. The ignition advance has also been modified as a consequence of these upgrades to the engine.

- Kayaba AOS forks with closed ø 48 mm cartridge: these new KYB spring forks feature a closed cartridge design and are renowned worldwide for being top-of-the-range. Close collaboration between Beta and Kayaba has created a bespoke product which features a new fork shoe design and a unique calibration reserved for the RR models. Also, the presence of anodized
internal components minimizes sliding friction, whilst the customary compression and release adjusters allow easy attainment of optimum settings at all times. Therefore, Kayaba forks ensure excellent operation under all usage conditions, being ultra-reliable, and easy to tune. - ZF ø 46 mm shock absorber with new calibration: this newly refined set-up lets riders make the absolute most of the new chassis.
- Black anodized triple clamp.
Premix
you can’t talk about suspension of these bikes without mentioning the closed cartridge fork by KYB, the leading brand in Enduro for years, whose products have once again been chosen for the MY 2022 models. This product has been continuously honed and improved through collaboration between Beta and Kayaba, giving shape to a highly specialised component that not only maximises the performance of RR Racing bikes, but also makes this performance even more accessible. Anodised internal parts minimise sliding friction, while adjustable compression and rebound damping let each rider find the perfect setting. Betamotor’s engineers have, however, revised the calibration of this component, chiefly to improve comfort during initial compression, when shocks from the terrain are transmitted to the rider.

Traction control – RR Racing 4Str
The most significant new feature in the 4Str range is the introduction of traction control – a first on an RR bike. Advances in motorcycle technology are giving shape to new components and systems usable even on enduro bikes, which let the rider make more effective use of the vehicle in all possible conditions. To make the performance of its models, and of its bigger displacement bikes in particular, ever more accessible to the rider in any situation, in addition to user-selectable electronic engine management maps, Beta has now introduced a new traction control function. The TC function can be engaged at any time from a new button on the control panel in the usual position between the steering tube and the fuel tank. As both the TC function and engine map selection function are controlled from this panel, it now has two control buttons and two separate indicator LEDs for the two functions.
