The new Benelli TRK 502 is the versatile and modern twin-cylinder Benelli, designed to be the ideal
travel companion for all your adventures.

The engine is a 500cc liquid-cooled, four-stroke, twin-cylinder engine, developed by Benelli for its latest middle-size creations. It has electronic fuel injection, double overhead camshaft timing and four valves. It has a maximum power of 47.6 hp (35 kW) at 8500 rpm and a torque output of 46 Nm (4.6 kgm) at 6000 rpm. The engine gives exceptional smoothness in all conditions, it is always swift and responsive coupled to a 6-speed gearbox with final chain drive.

The bold, expressive lines of TRK 502 are exceptionally eye-catching thanks to a 20-litre capacity fuel tank, a headlight assembly that has a mix of halogen and LED lamps enhance the design with a front mudguard that is capable of dominating the scene. Overall the TRK502 has a clean, modern look with backlit handlebar switches, rear-view mirrors that incorporate a new design, as well as the new hand grips.

The handlebar is adjustable to allow each rider the best riding position, as well as the clutch lever, which is also adjustable.

The steel trellis frame features high-tensile strength steel plates that give the TRK502 a rigid, strong feel when riding on or off road.

The suspension at the front ensure maximum comfort for the rider and passenger thanks to upside down forks with 50mm legs and 140 mm travel. The rear setup has a swing arm with a central monoshock that is adjustable for the spring preload and hydraulic rebound damping with a total travel of 45mm.

The Pesaro manufacturer’s latest two wheeler offers all round comfort with a wide, spacious headlight fairing that is able to perfectly protect both the rider and passenger in any riding position.

The TRK502 has a huge amount of attention to safety with stability and accuracy being two of the main points in the design. The performance of the modulated braking system is exceptional, mainly thanks to the double 320mm diameter semi-floating discs at the front with four-piston callipers. At the rear it has a 260mm diameter disc with a single-piston calliper. The TRK502 is fitted alloy rims mounted to 120/70-17 and 160/60-17 tyres.

The TRK 502 is available with a dedicated range of accessories, including aluminium pannier sets including top cases and a higher windshield.

Easy, compact and dynamic, The A2 Licence friendly Leoncino 500 maintains the classic and balanced lines of its genesis, which are now integrated with more modern and avant-garde graphics, designed to enhance the philosophy of this bike. The arch on the tank, in which the Benelli logo is set, now becomes tone-on-tone, perfectly identifying with the style of this two-wheeler, born from a balanced mix of classic and modern styles.

The beating heart of the Leoncino 500 is the 500cc liquid-cooled four-stroke twin-engine made by Benelli. It is a fluid and reactive engine, which responds very well in acceleration and which complies with the Euro 5 emissions, confirms a maximum power of 47.6 HP (35 kW) at 8500 rpm and a peak of torque equal to 46 Nm at 6000 rpm. Featuring wet-sump lubrication, electronic injection, overhead double camshaft timing system, 4 valves per cylinder, hydraulic clutch and a 6-speed gearbox.

In detail, The transition to the Euro 5 version allows to make updates to the transmission, exhaust system and ECU calibration of the engine: the secondary air system has been introduced, which allows to reduce emissions during the starting phase, activating a post-reaction that allows reaching quickly the operating temperature of the catalyst, which is also adapted according to the new regulation. Finally, the calibration of the engine ECU has been optimized, for smoother power delivery and the primary transmission ratio has been shortened, to ensure prompt engine response in all gears.

Some innovations are present in the bike’s chassis, in which some technical improvements have been introduced to ensure maximum driveability and comfort on the road. In fact, the suspensions are adjustable and renewed: the front having an upside-down fork with 50 mm diameter legs and the back a swinging arm with lateral shock and travel of 51 mm.

Leoncino 500 MY 2021 features 17 ”alloy wheels fitted with the new Pirelli Angel GT tires of 120/70-R17 and 160/60-R17, which guarantee great stability in all conditions. For the braking system, on the front end, we find a 320 mm diameter double disc with two-piston floating callipers. On the back end a 260 mm diameter disc with a single-piston calliper and ABS. The Design from CentroStile Benelli perfectly matches the motorcycles sharp forms with harmonious lines all while excluding the pure emotion that Benelli is famous for. The frame is a steel tube trellis whose end is hidden beneath the tank. The headlight, in the typical arc shape, features LED technology, while the instrumentation is entirely digital.

The saddle, now revised to offer better comfort to rider and passenger, is even more accessible and linear, following the silhouette of the bike, as well as the exhaust and tank design, which gives balanced and modern proportions. The front fender proudly displays the Lion of Pesaro and is available in a choice of Black, Red, Green colour ways.

Leoncino 500 Trail, the “all-terrain” version of the modern-classic bike of Benelli, presents itself with a renewed aesthetic, even more, dynamic and modern, the result of a restyling created to give it a sporty and captivating image, without ever forgetting elegance and balance in its forms.

The bike also features the iconic Lion model on the front mudguard, like all the other motorcycles in the range in the version becomes black.

Leoncino Trail features knobby Metzeler Tourance tyres on its aluminium alloy rims (now in silver colour) measuring 19″ in the front and 17″ in the back, and respectively fitted with 110/80-R19 and 150/70-R17 tyres. All this means the maximum guarantee of stability and enjoyment in all conditions and on all terrains.

Overall the TRK502X has a clean, modern look with backlit handlebar switches, rear-view mirrors that incorporate a new design, as well as the new hand grips.

Designed to effortlessly handle off-road riding, the TRK 502X has suspension that consists of a pair of 50mm USD front forks with a 140mm travel and at the rear, a swing arm with a central mono shock featuring adjustable hydraulic rebound, compression damping that gives a spring preload of 62mm.

The braking system also boasts 320 mm diameter twin discs with 2-piston floating calipers at the front, at the rear there is a single 260mm diameter disc providing powerful, modulated and well-balanced braking performance.

The 19” spoked rim mounted at the front and the 17″ at the rear are fitted with 110/80 and 150/70 tyres. This guarantee’s superior levels of safety even in the most difficult situations.
